  • NZ is $15.95 AUD FLAT RATE or FREE after $120.00 AUD spend. (min order spend for NZ $90.00)

  • We use Aust Post with Zonos enabled for Tariffs - I absorb the duties and tariffs YOU will not be charged extra. Free Shipping over $170 AUD or Flat rate at $26.95 (MINIMUM international order value $120 AUD)

CANADA 

  • We use Aust Post - I absorb the duties and tariffs YOU will not be charged extra. Free Shipping over $140 AUD or Flat rate at $19.95 (MINIMUM international order value $90.00 AUD)

UK

Aust Post will provide you will a tracking number once the item is shipped (usually 24/48 hours after purchase) get updates along the way in your email or via text

We ship and package with the upmost care in mind, accidents do happen and if your product has not arrived or arrived in a damaged matter (photo) please reach out to Contact@emilyluise.com quoting your purchase order number. * See Returns & Refunds for further information. 

Aust Post take photos of packages left, your photo evidence will be compared with Aust Post delivery photo.
