is your pillow sabotaging your skin?

is your pillow sabotaging your skin?

You can be the cleanest person in the world, this still applies to you ...

Your hair holds more dirt in it than anywhere else in the body! That all over you pillow along with oils, sweet and dead skin cells makes for a breeding ground for 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧!

You should be aiming to change your pillow case every 2/3 days as well as your actual pillow every 1/2 years (𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘧𝘰𝘳? 𝘚𝘦𝘵 𝘢 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘪𝘢𝘳𝘺)

Unfortunately the way you clean your pillow case can also impact your skin. Avoid using softener as they leave a waxy residue on the sheets that clogs pores.

Let's talk bed bugs! Without frequent washing they can appear on your pillowcase, even worse, in your actual pillow!! Making them near impossible to get rid of.

Bacteria build up on your pillowcase not only affects your skin but also your immune system and cause bacterial infections. 🦠

Silk pillowcases are the way to go as bacteria cannot grow on silk.
